Qatar Airways is celebrating 15 years of serving New York JFK and the start of a third daily flight to ‘The City That Never Sleeps’ with a limited-time anniversary sale that is offering discounts of 15% off base fares.
The short-lived sale will only be available from October 25 to October 28, offering a 15% discount on fares for travel between November 1, 2023, and October 31, 2024.
On top of the limited-time 15% base fare discount, Qatar Airways is also offering customers who book travel in a premium cabin, such as the airline’s famous QSuite business class, a bonus of 15,000 Avios points on top of what they would normally earn.
The Avios bonus is already live and is available for passengers who book and travel in a Qatar Airways premium cabin from New York JFK between October 15 and October 31.
Qatar Airways is expected to launch a third daily flight from New York JFK to its Doha hub on October 29, opening up access to 160 further destinations across the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
And along with its strategic partnerships with American Airlines and JetBlue, passengers can access a total of 1,000 destinations in either direction, according to the airline.
Qatar Airways announced its intention to serve New York JFK with a third daily flight a couple of months ago and just a short time after American Airlines confirmed it would stop serving Doha from JFK and instead move its Qatar service to Philadelphia.
